A must-visit when in Las Vegas.

I must confess that I was unsure about what to anticipate regarding the quality of the food.

Whole ingredients, genuine and flavorful, and while there are sauces, the dishes aren't drenched in them. Everything is balanced and presented with an artistic touch.

We tried six distinct rolls, each crafted with black rice instead of white rice.

The service was attentive, professional, friendly, and not over the top.

We genuinely enjoyed the meal and considered it one of our best dining experiences in recent times.
