( which means without dairy or eggs) We are committed to using natural and whole ingredients in our artisanal creations, avoiding additives and preservatives to ensure the highest quality and purity. Our commitment extends to sourcing sustainably grown grain from American farms that use regenerative and organic practices. Our products are meticulously handcrafted by two creative professionals from beginning to end, ensuring unparalleled quality. Our 36-hour sourdough process employs only natural leavening, slow cold fermentation, and the benefits of time for the most significant health benefits.

PICKUP FRIDAYS - You can place your order on our website, under the tab at the top of the page, called "PICKUP FRIDAYS", every Monday through Wednesday. Simple and easy. Your order is guaranteed for pickup at the bakery on Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (limited menu)
