Our menu follows the rhythm of the seasons, and we do our best to incorporate local harvests into our handcrafted products whenever they are available—supporting our community and celebrating what’s grown close to home.

• Our sourdough is crafted exclusively with a living natural starter (levain) and never contains commercial yeast.

​

• Every sourdough loaf undergoes a slow 36-hour fermentation process to develop flavor, texture, and digestibility.

• Many of our artisan loaves are baked on designated days to ensure peak quality and freshness.

​

• Quantities are limited, and we encourage guests to arrive early for the best selection.
