Welcome to our 100% vegan bakery! Everything we create is handcrafted with care using only natural, whole ingredients—no dairy, eggs, additives, or preservatives. We proudly source solely sustainably grown grains from American farms that employ regenerative and organic practices. We prioritize hyper-local, seasonal produce for exceptional flavor, quality, and health benefits.
Our signature sourdoughs undergo a 36-hour natural fermentation to maximize digestibility and flavor. You won’t find any questionable ingredients here—only high-quality, recognizable items, just like you’d use at home. All products are made fresh in small batches; availability is limited, so we recommend arriving early.

To deliver the freshest possible baked goods, our bread selection varies by day. Our sourdough is naturally leavened with our house starter, long cold-fermented for deep flavor and superior nutrition.
