Welcome to our 100% vegan bakery!  Everything we create is handcrafted with love, using only natural, whole ingredients—no dairy, eggs, additives, or preservatives.  We proudly source sustainably grown, regenerative, and organic grains and flour from American farms, prioritizing hyper-local and seasonal produce for exceptional flavor, quality, and health benefits.

Our signature sourdoughs undergo a 36-hour natural fermentation process to maximize digestibility and flavor.  You won't find any 'questionable' ingredients here.  We use only high-quality, recognizable ingredients, just like you would at home.  All items are made fresh in small batches—availability is limited, and we recommend arriving early!

Our online store is open Monday and Tuesday until 7 pm for preorders.

To deliver the freshest possible baked goods, our bread selection varies by day.  Our sourdough is naturally leavened with our house starter, long cold-fermented for deep flavor and superior nutrition.

Poured Fresh from the Kegerator - Nitro Cold Brew and Blueberry Tart Kombucha - by the glass or bottles to take on the go!
