We are committed to using natural, whole ingredients in our artisanal products, avoiding additives and preservatives to ensure exceptional quality and purity.  We are committed to sourcing sustainably grown grains from American farms that utilize only regenerative and organic methods. Each product is carefully handcrafted from start to finish, guaranteeing unmatched quality.  Our 36-hour sourdough process relies solely on natural leavening, slow cold fermentation, and the power of time to maximize health benefits.  We always prioritize your well-being by championing hyper-local, locally sourced ingredients—more whole foods and whole grains in your diet.
