We craft our baked goods in harmony with the seasons, using fresh, high-quality ingredients that highlight the best nature has to offer. Everything we create and sell at our bakery is 100% vegan, meaning no dairy or eggs. We are dedicated to using natural, whole ingredients in our artisanal products, steering clear of additives and preservatives to ensure exceptional quality and purity. Our commitment includes sourcing sustainably grown grains from American farms practicing regenerative and organic methods. Each product is carefully handcrafted from start to finish by Mark and the  professional team, guaranteeing unmatched quality.  Our 36-hour sourdough process relies solely on natural leavening, slow cold fermentation, and the power of time to maximize health benefits.  We always prioritize your well-being by championing hyper-local and locally sourced ingredients.  ​

  • We’re all about keeping things fair and fun with a first-come, first-served approach—sorry, we can’t hold items over the phone.

  • At our bakery, we craft our treats in small, exclusive batches to keep things fresh and avoid waste. Aiming to have just the right amount of goods until we close each day.

  • ORDER ONLINE + PICKUP - You can place your order on our website, under the tab at the top of the page, called  "ORDER ONLINE + PICKUP", every Monday through Tuesday, 7 pm.  Simple and easy.  Your order is guaranteed for pickup at the bakery on the day you choose, either Thursday, Friday, or Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
