Welcome to our 100% vegan bakery! Everything we create is handcrafted with love, using only natural, whole ingredients—no dairy, eggs, additives, or preservatives. We proudly source sustainably grown, regenerative, and organic grains from American farms, prioritizing hyper-local and seasonal produce for exceptional flavor, quality, and health benefits.
Our signature sourdoughs undergo a 36-hour natural fermentation process for maximum digestibility and taste. All items are made fresh in small batches—availability is limited, and we recommend arriving early!
Important Baking Schedule
To deliver the freshest possible products, our bread selection varies by day:
