Chef Mark Gavigan invites you into the heart of Southern Italian cuisine—where tradition, simplicity, and great ingredients shine. The evening begins with a warm welcome and a toasting glass of Prosecco, followed by a brief and engaging look at the history and culture of Southern Italian food. Chef Mark will then demonstrate how to prepare fresh, homemade pasta, sharing techniques, tips, and stories along the way. Participants will roll up their sleeves to make their own pasta to take home, and then sit down to enjoy a light supper featuring freshly made pasta served with a selection of house-made bakery sauces (Red Sauce, Green Sauce, and more). Wine will be served with the meal, along with light bites during the class, including vegan cheeses and crackers. This class is designed to be social, celebratory, and delicious—a perfect blend of learning, cooking, and dining together.
