Join us for a delightful hands-on afternoon where you'll master the art of fresh homemade pasta from scratch!  Under friendly guidance, you'll learn to mix and knead the perfect dough, then shape several classic Italian forms—think orecchiette ("little ears"), cavatelli, pici, or tagliatelle —each with roots in different regions of Italy.

Once your pasta is shaped, we'll cook it fresh and enjoy it together, tossed simply to let the flavors shine. As we savor our creations, we'll sip wine and dive into the fascinating history of pasta across Italy—from its ancient origins in regions like Sicily
