They use a mixture of Koroneiki, Arbosana, and Arbequina olives for the first cold press to produce the finest extra virgin olive oil. The Barioni's use no pesticides or chemicals on their olive trees and this oil has a distinct flavor of green, mellow notes giving you a little tickle in the back of your throat. Extra Virgin olive oil is considered to be the healthiest type of olive oil and it is the least processed. We believe you will agree that is some amazing olive oil.
